Assistant Technical Manager

Basic Salary: £13457 (20 hours per week minimum) plus £12.94 per hour for all further hours worked.
Hours: 20+ hours pw
Responsible to: Technical Manager / General Manager
Location: The Plaza, Stockport.

Purpose of Job

You will provide supervisory and hands on technical support to all events within the Plaza business, and assist with first line maintenance of both equipment and the Plaza building in line with our Grade 2* listed status.

As Assistant Technical Manager you will be expected to support and uphold the ethos of the Plaza Super Cinema and Variety Theatre and act as a suitable ambassador for our venue.

You will also be expected to follow Plaza safe working procedures at all times, and encourage a safe and healthy working environment for yourself and your team members.

Finance Manager

Salary:  £41-44K
Hours: 40 hours
Benefits package includes five weeks holiday

To provide financial management and accounting services to the Plaza Management and Board to maximise the business potential of the Plaza Super Cinema and Variety Theatre operation within the venue through effective delivery, scrutiny and implementation of all finance, accounting systems and audit

The Finance Manager will be expected to uphold Plaza business values, be an excellent team player with entrepreneurial flair and be well organised to deliver exacting financial management and accounting with a commitment to working within the aims and objectives of a charitable trust.

Front Of House Casual Workers

Suitable for Applicants aged 18+

We are looking to recruit Front Of House Casual Workers To undertake duties within the Front of House Department of the Plaza, assisting with Concierge Duties and also assisting in the sale of all food and beverage items ensuring licensing stipulations and in house regulations are met whilst overseeing the health and safety of all patrons and team associates, cash and stock handling and providing a high level of customer care.
