Vintage lamp shines bright for the future

We do love Toot here at The Plaza and during Lockdown we have had a chance to get into areas and discover items of discarded ephemera (now there’s a word!) from yesteryear.

This wonderful find of a 1930s light bulb was discovered in a ceiling void which would have taken pride of place in an original light fitting…..once cleaned and checked….we discovered IT WORKS!……The light bulb like The Plaza has been sitting patiently for when it can be brought back to life…..and we like our lovely find will be shining bright again soon…
