Its a dusty job at the top!

Greetings from the glamorous world of Theatre and Cinema….though….sometimes the tasks we need to undertake are not as glamorous as you may think and its a hearty 12 out of 10 to our illustrious team of Technical Stage volunteers who are with us this evening looking after the Grid Clean.

This task is undertaken to ensure that our ‘top to bottom’ housekeeping is maintained and our team this evening are cleaning the top side of our stage grid above the point where stage cloths dissapear up into the fly tower which is at the top of the proscenium arch. This ensures that dust and debris doesnt collect above the beautiful cloths you would see during shows like our pantomime Snow White and The Seven Dwarfs (quick unashamed plug there for this years pantomime!)
