Raise Your Hats to Stockport….Greater Manchester Town of Culture for 2023!

Stockport has been crowned Greater Manchester’s Town of Culture for 2023! This was celebrated at a launch event this afternoon at Stockport’s Town Centre ‘Hat Works’ with Cllr Mark Hunter, GM Mayor Andy Burnham and VIP guests.

This is a proud moment for the town and the cultural sector and great recognition for all the great work done by all of the culture providers within our Borough so we raise our Hats with a Plazatastic Huzzah for the sensational news!
