Sir Ken Dodd’s Dressing Room is looking Tattyfilarious!

We have always been so proud of our magnificent Patrons here in our much loved Stockport Plaza and one of the undisputed Kings of Comedy who supported us from our very early days once The Plaza was reopened was the late and very great Sir Ken Dodd who even had a dressing room named after him.

Over our month of refurbishment and restoration our Technical Team got to work redecorating our Back Stage Dressings Rooms and corridors in preperation for our busy forthcoming season and ‘Sir Ken Dodd’s’ Dressing room which he would use during his fabulous shows not only had a full redecoration but his poster takes pride of place to welcome future performers to this very special room.

We are sure Sir Ken would approve of this fitting tribute to a Comic Genius who was such a magnificent supporter of The Plaza and it fact we think this Dressing Room is……Tattyfilarious!
