Stockport Plaza Trust 25th Anniversary (Cert PG)

To Celebrate 25 years since the formation of The Stockport Plaza Trust in 2000 who saved what at the time was a closed and boarded up building, reopened the much loved venue and are now continuing to undertake the restoration of Stockport’s 1932 Art Deco Super Cinema and Variety Theatre, join us for a very special afternoon being entertained by THE MIGHTY COMPTON ORGAN which has enthralled our audiences since it was installed in 1932.

This event will be an amazing opportunity to hear about the workings of this rare and much loved instrument, enjoy the creativity of our Organists as we take you on a journey through the decades up to the modern day and experience the majesty of its accompaniment to a Silent Film presentation appearing on the Giant Silver Screen in a celebration of 25 glorious years of The Stockport Plaza Trust.
